SKIING & SNOWBOARDING.

An exciting place to spend a winter holiday, Bansko has 70kms of 'North' facing slopes and an annual snowfall averaging 2 metres. Bansko is almost guaranteed to be snow sure, but not leaving anything to chance 80% of the slopes are covered by snow-cannons.

Grades to suit everyone, from complete beginner to the expert. Open slopes, tree line skiing and some excellent off-piste.

In winter, Bansko is vibrant and a hive of activity. Après Ski is what you want it to be, whether you are looking for a relaxed cosy evening or an energetic evening in one of the traditional local restaurants, where they have live music or in one of the many bars or nightclubs.

The 'Fun Park' on the area known as the Plateau is a favourite for the young at heart and the people who want to try something a little different. At some point during the season there is usually an international competition held here.
