BanskoActivities is excited to offer multi-day trips to the Island of Thassos in northern Greece, an ideal spot for diving and biking or just lazing on the beach; and it's only 3.5 hours from Bansko.

If you have ever wanted to have a go at diving and didn't know how to go about it then a Try-Dive is the perfect answer. We highly recommend Vasilias Scuba Diving School having completed our own PADI qualifications through them. Try-Dives start from as little as €50 and 2 Boat Dives from €65. Thassos is a fantastic place to dive with warm clear blue waters and a host of marine life.

Biking on Thassos is a great experience and quite different to the mountains around Bansko. Whether following the coast road around the Island and calling in at some of the fantastic little secluded sandy coves or biking through Olive groves that almost reach the sea shore, or heading inland and discovering some unspoilt little villages and some great waterfalls, there really is something for everyone.
